I design and lead workshops and activities for organizations, pedagogical teams, and groups of all ages, combining structured facilitation with experiential, creative methods that invite reflection and open discussions.

About

I'm a social worker and educator based in Berlin since 2012, originally from Tel-Aviv, Israel. My background is in non-formal education. Over the past two decades I have worked with people of diverse ages, backgrounds, and cultures across different countries. One of my strengths is designing activities using playful and participatory methods tailored to the specific target audience.

Beyond facilitating workshops and activities, I am also a visual artist and comics creator. My creative practice is fundamentally connected to my approach to facilitation: I believe learning and development are processes that happen through doing, making, and seeing things from different perspectives.

I believe good facilitation creates space for open conversations and unexpected connections.
